The island is considered No 11 in Mediterranean Sea as far as size is concerned but definitely among the first 3 for beauty and absolute holiday destination. Highly recommended. Travel takes less than an hour from Vassiliki Lefkada or in case of strong winds 3 hours from Patras. A heaven in earth!
