This is one of the worst results I have ever seen in ypospadias treated in hospitals but eventually a good surgical technique based on detail and a couple of secrets gave the configuration of glans and urethra that is typical of male external genitalia. One and out operation as a day case. It is time to consider setting some standards in treating these children. And I mean dedicated centers private and public manned with well trained and experienced ypospadias surgeons.
